Our visitors from @cwssport @lns_pedept @volentiacademy1 had another busy day! Kicking off with a visit to Sassoon Dock, one of Mumbai’s oldest fishing markets, a masala dosa for breakfast, then on to the Dhobi Ghat laundry area and the @oscar_foundation community centre in Ambedkar Nagar. Child Sponsorship enables the OSCAR Foundation to make a significant impact in low income communities. Sponsoring a child ensures underprivileged boys and girls access the education they deserve. An educated child avoids early marriage, youth pregnancy and addiction and is mobilised to make changes in their communities. OSCAR uses football to engage youth and enrol them in education, football and life skills programmes. Child Sponsorship is the key to development and progress for future generations.
